Amari Harris (also known as Mars Willis) is a professional Theatre Practitioner, Creative Director, Drama Facilitator, Performance Coach and Performance Storyteller.
Harris has been worked with Rewrite Theatre Company, Vice Voices, Oval House Theatre and outreach due to his proven expertise and undeniable passion for the arts. He also works externally as a support artist on projects and arts programmes for both young people and adults in and around London. He is extremely common with commuting across the border for work and to perform.
Harris is a graduate of Rose Bruford School of Performance with a Bachelors Honours in European Theatre Arts, a triple distinction National Diploma in Performing Arts and flooded with arts & Jack Petchy awards. He is First Aid certified, DBS Checked and trained in ESOL arts.
Harris has performed and lead performances at outlets across the world with many more to date. These are as follows; Edinburgh Fringe, Moscow Arts Festival, Bratslava - Istropolitana projeckt, Sydenham arts festival, Southwark Arts Forum, 33% Festival, SE19 Festival, Tiny Dog Productions, Theatre Peckham, Word down Walthamstow, The Unicorn Theatre, Soho Theatre, Alter Nativity Theatre Company, Tamasha Theatre Company, The Ritzy, Canada Water Cultural Space, Half moon Theatre, Symposium, New Cross Inn and Oval House Theatre and more...
He delivers performances and workshops, works on longer projects and residences, directs storytelling programmes for festivals and events, and delivers training in storytelling and drama for professionals in many fields.
